Who We Are 

The American Institute of Chemical Engineers - UW is an undergraduate registered student organization that's committed to creating a sense of community and inclusion within the University of Washington chemical engineering department.

We strive to plan and organize social and professional development events for our department and also help our community through outreach events. We help set up and organize our quarterly BBQ's, Winter Formal, Senior Graduation and Reception, Engineering Discovery Days, and lots more events to come in the future!​

Alongside the Women in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington (WChE - UW), our organizations want to provide the best experience for students and faculty in our program. AIChE - UW has assisted WChE - UW with their professional developments such as the Annual Industry Panel as well as the senior sendoff for the graduating class.
